# CreFi Fire Pit

In the Fire Pit, 2.5% of all $CREFI exchanged is consumed. \

The more that is exchanged, the more that is added to the fire, increasing the size of the fire pit by self-fulfilling Auto-Compounding, lowering the circulating supply, and maintaining the stability of the CreFi protocol. \
\
The deflationary characteristic of an endless burn of the circulating supply translates to a higher value of each $CREFI token, boosting the worth of each one individually.
